Just today, my team leader in the company I’ve been working in for over a year now commented on my excessive intake of soda. He noticed that I’ve been drinking it for 4 consecutive days already. He told me to read a lot of blogs about the negative results of it in a foreign article, making me think about my health condition now. Well, to be

nest, I’ve been having headaches since last week, and I think that if I drink soda which has caffeine in it will help ease the pain. But is this really a bad thing? I need your opinions and I
