Hi, How do I change my profile pic?

   Hi, I just joined this site. Anything I should know?
Also I want to change my profile picture, can that be done? This site messed up my picture because it wasn't square and I uploaded a square one know but I don't think that changed the picture. If you can't change the profile picture that would be a huge flaw in this site.
