My closest cousin just got into a serious relationship for the first time ever and being as how I’m like his brother, I want to make the best impression towards his gf. They met through an international dating tour and for the first time, he changed his life around after meeting her. I’m more than happy for their relationship so naturally, I want him to know how much I support them both. 

The thing is though, I’m not much of a wingman type of guy. I may approve of someone but I’m not very good in expressing myself towards other people (especially women). I was thinking of getting to know more about her cultural background and start my welcoming gestures from there. She’s from Ukraine and I was thinking on how to greet her when she arrives that can make her feel at home or comfortable. Need some advice on this. Thanks!
