I got this weird and call from an unknown number that seems like its a foreign network. I tried answering it a couple of times but all i hear is static and loud noises. This call happens once every 3 days or so at any time of the day. At first I thought it was some sort of glitch or network problem until now. I trying not to become a paranoid, alien believer/ fan here but what if it’s something either paranormal or extraterrestrial? Everytime the call happens, I automatically end it or block incoming calls from it. This is starting to creep me out. Can some explain this to me?
