I’ve been working years in my profession and was even branded as the top foreign dating coach in our agency. So I can’t seem to comprehend why I still get the short end of the straw when it comes to bigger opportunities in the office. There was an opening position in our satellite office that I wanted so bad. I sent out an email to show my interest but this newbie in our department got it instead. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I honestly feel so unappreciated. This isn’t the first time that an incident like this happened. Is this a big sign for me to start looking for new avenues?
